My friend introduced ding to me, and i downloaded the app. Now i tried sending to my family in ghana with my cardless methods Apple Pay/Google Pay all didn't work. Why do i have to stress my self. Meanwhile my friend's own works. Very tiring

I was sending a top-up to a friend in Cuba and I did using that App and an alert came up “contact costumer service”
I call my banking institution told me that transaction got thru, hour after still haven’t got it yet,that one was $30+, and didn’t resolve it but my friend still needed so I decided to do it again but this time was $20+ and the message came back up and didn’t recive the it neather now am out of $50+ dollars and a mad friend try to talk to a real person but that chatting app won’t let it go thru

Ding is a very nice platform and the apk is easy to navigate but I still have a question Does ding support local payment method ? , am from Nigeria

Edit. Top-up finally completed after one week and several chats.

Complete scam. Did not fulfill top-up, blame operator and will not cancel order or comply their own words. Will inform my bank and file a criminal charge against them in Ireland.

I’ve used Ding for 3 years now, mostly to load numbers in the Philippines. Ding has been extremely easy to use, and has always been fast and efficient.

I would rate it not safe because you buy from them when they don't deliver your prepaid they make it the network providers problem. I bought airtime and a day later still nothing but my card was charged. Excersize caution and never buy in huge amounts. The customer servuce is not good enough when it comes to attending this issue.

I use Ding for 5 months now to top-up the phones of my friends with airtime. I always get feedback from them on how fast they see the top-up (under 10 seconds)

I had only two technical issues in this period of time, but they got fixed either by getting my transaction reverted on the card or if the mobile network got a technical issue, Ding sent the request every 15 minutes until completion.

Always get the invoices via email and I always know how much I pay. Low fees also when sending the airtime. Multiple package choices in the currency of your country and gift cards are available.

In a nutshell, I'm very satisfied with this service. For those who encounter issues, I recommend you contact the help section or the support team.

I have never encountered paying for a deal and not getting delivered. Worst case, you get your money back.
